What is Poofy Perks and who is it for?
Poofy Perks is our Customer Loyalty Program, designed to reward customers for consistent
ordering, for referring other customers, and to celebrate them on special occasions such as
their birthday.  

Is there a registration fee for Poofy Perks?
No, there are no start-up or monthly fees to get started in Poofy Perks.

How does it work?
There are 4 ways to earn points that you can later exchange for discounts at the time of
checkout.

How do I earn points?
1. First you have to register to receive your first 100 points!
2. You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on poofy Organic Products (after discounts have
been applied).
3. Earn 100 points when you subscribe to Poofy News.
4. Earn 100 points on your birthday month!

What do I earn for referring another customer?
You earn a $5 coupon when you refer a new customer who places a $50+ order. The coupon
code is emailed to you once your friend has completed their $50+ order.

How can I refer a friend?
Every Customer on Poofy Perks receives a Welcome email with a unique link. Click on the
email button to generate your Unique CODE.

If you are a
your friend and
your referrer Code for them to add it at the time of checkout. This allows
your Guide to service your friend in the same way she services you. By sharing your Guide’s
store link, you are supporting your Guide’s business.
If you are not connected to a Poofy Guide, share your unique referrer code with your friend
for them at the time of checkout.

Does my friend receive anything for placing their first order?
When your friend uses your referrer code at checkout, they automatically receive a $5
discount on their $50+ order.
When do points get assigned to my account?
Points get automatically assigned to your account when your order is fulfilled.

How can I redeem my points?
1. You must have a minimum of 100 points to redeem them in one order.
2. 100 points = $1 at checkout.
3. You must have a minimum order of $50 in order apply points towards your purchase.

Do points expire?
Yes, points expire 3 months after they have been earned. 

Will I get notified before my points expire?
Yes, you will receive one automated email 30 before and a second automated reminder email
3 days before your points expire.

What are the VIP Perks?
As a Member of Poofy Perks you have the opportunity to earn additional discounts when you
reach one or more of our VIP Levels in one calendar year.
Bronze VIP: reach 500 points and earn a $20 discount coupon. Redeemable on a $50+ order.
Silver VIP: reach 1000 points and earn a $20 discount coupon. Redeemable on a $100+ order.
Gold VIP: reach 2000 points and earn a $100 coupon. Redeemable on a $150+ order.
Coupon is automatically generated when you reach a level. You have 3 months to redeem it
once the coupon is generated.
If you earn enough points to skip one level, you receive both discount coupons: one for the
level skipped and one for the level reached.

Can points be combined with coupons and other offers,
discounts, sales and codes?
No, points and coupons cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers and codes
