The easiest and fastest way for the body to absorb magnesium is through lotion. Magnesium chloride and other trace minerals will nourish your body.

Elemental Magnesium: 100 mg per 2 full pumps (1/2 tsp). Use more or less depending on needs. For children, use about 1/8 tsp.

Distilled Water, Magnesium Oil, Organic Apricot Kernel Oil, Organic Unrefined Shea Butter, Organic Vegetable Glycerin, Emulsifying Wax (Cetostearyl Alcohol & Sorbitan Ester), Organic Rosemary Extract, Leuconostoc Ferment Filtrate (Kimchi Seaweed).

Directions: Apply desired amount and massage thoroughly into clean skin, covering any areas needing special attention. The bottom of the foot is a huge absorption site and a great place to apply. We do not recommend applying to freshly shaven skin. Best if used before bedtime.
