No, essential oils should not be ingested. Always proceed with caution when using essential oils. As with any other treatment option, there are many views as to what is considered "safe". Please do your own research and make the appropriate choices for your family. POOFY ORGANICS does not condone the ingesting of essential oils. Essential oils are extremely concentrated, and we do not recommend them for internal use for safety and regulatory reasons.

Primary Purpose & Target Use of Mighty Mane Line: Strengthening, scalp health, and hair growth support, so it is best for those with thinning, fragile, or damaged hair. It is formulated to stimulate the hair follicles. It helps reduce breakage and shedding. Primary Purpose & Target Use of Citrus Coconut Line: Gentle daily cleansing for normal to dry hair, and it is best suited for individuals looking for a mild, refreshing, all-purpose everyday general shampoo. It is not specifically designed for hair growth and offers basic hydration and cleansing. It offers gentle cleansing without stripping natural oils. So, choose Mighty Mane if you're looking for scalp therapy, hair regrowth support, and strengthening, and choose Citrus Coconut if you prefer a light, tropical scent and a gentle, everyday formula for balanced hair care.

While most of our products are scented using only organic essential oils and extracts, because of recent customer demand, Poofy does use some fragrance. Some customers are sensitive to essential oils and prefer clean, safe fragrance. Although most fragrances out there are full of phthalates, carcinogens and hormone disruptors, Poofy only uses either certified organic fragrance or scents that pass the test below. If you prefer to be fragrance free, no worries! We have hundreds of products to meet your needs! The International Fragrance Association and Research Institute for Fragrance Materials, are both organizations involved with developing standards for fragrance materials. IFRA examines the research conducted by RIFM, and informed by that data, sets standards for the use of fragrance materials. But we go above and beyond their standards by not allowing fragrances with any of the following: ✖ Carcinogens: These are materials known or thought to cause cancer. ✖ Mutagens: Materials that change the DNA of a cell, harming the cell and causing diseases like cancer. ✖ Reproductive toxins: Toxins that adversely affect reproductive organs and increase the risk of birth defects. ✖ Organ toxins: These are toxins that can cause adverse effects or disease within specific bodily organs. ✖ Acute toxins: Toxins that can cause adverse effects from a single exposure. Generally, this would be accidental exposure like spillage or ingestion.

Natural flavors are a great way to help to create good, clean, and organic scent profiles. Our natural flavors are substances that come from plants and are extracted, distilled, or similarly derived from plants We use certified organic natural flavors, so they must be fully plant based in order to be certified by the USDA as organic. That is the highest standard to be achieved. The FDA regulates "Natural Flavors" under Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), specifically 21 CFR 101.22. According to this regulation, natural flavors are defined as substances derived from natural sources

If a product is not up to your satisfaction, please let us know within 30 days. We would love the opportunity to make it better by offering an exchange. LASHES and Lash accessories are NOT returnable. Please send the product back to the address on the invoice, with a copy of your invoice and list the item that you would like to exchange the product for. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges on discontinued or clearance items. If you’ve received a damaged product, please send us an email to help@poofyorganics.com with a picture of the item and we will send you a replacement.

We offer shipping to 159 countries, and we use USPS and FedEx to ship your package domestically, and FedEx, UPS and DHL for international shipments. Please note any order placed during non-business hours will be processed the following business day. Orders will not ship over the weekend. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates: Poofy Organics offers FREE standard USPS Shipping on all US orders for over $70. If there are two or more orders made by the same customer, our shipping department may combine them; however, there will be no refund on shipping charges. When an order is placed on poofyorganics.com we begin processing the order immediately, to ensure prompt delivery. An order can be edited as long as the order has not been processed yet. Once an order is processed no changes can be made.

In the event of an order cancellation for any reason, we shall deduct a 5% cancellation fee, to cover the non-refundable credit card transaction fees, Shopify Platform fees, etc. incurred by Poofy Organics for every transaction. The 5% fee shall be deducted from the refund, for a maximum refund of 95% of the original amount before the product credit is applied.

Should an item on your order be out of stock, we will notify you via email of the expected in-stock date. Your remaining order will ship on time, and the out-of-stock item will ship when available at no extra charge to you.

If you're not happy with a product, please contact us at help@poofyorganics.com to process a return and exchange. You can select to receive a product replacement of equal or lesser value or to receive product credit. Poofy products are not eligible for refunds. If you choose the exchange option, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of sending the item back to the home office, and the company will cover the shipping of the exchange item sent back to you. If you choose the credit to your account option, please know that shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. When you return an item from an order that qualified for Free Shipping, the prorated shipping charges associated with that item will be deducted from the credit before it is applied to your account. All bundled items must be returned with all components for a full refund. Products not eligible for returns and exchanges: Please note that our return policies are strict on personal hygienic items including anything that comes in a jar where the user inserts their fingers, and anything that comes in a stick or with an applicator, where the user applies it directly onto their skin. These items include but are not limited to: deodorants, facial skincare moisturizers, all products in the oral care category, lipsticks, lip glosses, eyeliners, lip liners, mascara, lotion sticks, soap bars. These items can only be returned if they are in their original unopened packaging. The reason for this is to keep our customers safe avoiding cross-contamination. Further LASHES and Lash accessories are NOT returnable. Clearance items are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

Please either use your packing slip or print your email order confirmation to include in your return and indicate on it, the products you wish to return or exchange and the product(s) you would like an exchange for. Poofy Organics is not responsible for return shipping costs. If you choose to return a product, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of sending the item back to the home office. The company will cover the shipping of the exchange item sent back to you in case of an exchange. We will notify you once we have received the product and will begin the return process. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original ship date on your invoice, and the product must be mostly full to be eligible for a return/exchange. If you received a damaged item, we apologize! When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

We are very sorry if a mistake was made in processing your order. Please email us immediately at help@poofyorganics.com with your order number within 7 days of receiving shipment. Please attach photos of the incorrect item(s) you received so that we may help identify the mistake. We’ll send you the correct product right away, including a return shipping label for the incorrect product you have received. If the correct item is no longer available, we’ll credit your account. Please allow 48 hours for the credit to appear on your account. A copy of your packing slip must be sent with returns.

Poofy Organics Shipping Protection - Protects your order from being lost, stolen or damaged. At Poofy Organics, we care deeply about your experience from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives. Our in-house Shipping Protection option gives you added peace of mind in case your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during delivery.

Shipping Protection is a small, optional add-on at checkout that covers your Poofy Organics order against: · Lost packages · Stolen packages (marked delivered but not received) · Damaged items during shipping We handle all claims directly and personally

By adding Shipping Protection to your order, you’ll be covered for: · Loss: Your package never arrives, and tracking shows no delivery. · Theft: Your order is marked “Delivered” but can’t be located. · Damage: Products arrive broken, unusable, or significantly compromised.

Shipping Protection does not apply if: · You entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address · The carrier has documented a successful delivery (and Shipping Protection was not purchased) · Delays caused by the carrier (not considered loss unless package is undelivered for 10+ business days)

The Shipping Protection fee is non-refundable once your order has shipped, as the protection service is activated at that point.

The Poofy Perks program is a free loyalty program designed to reward customers for shopping, referring others, and celebrating special milestones. There is no cost to join and many ways to earn, including a Give $5 Get $5 referral program complete with each customer’s unique shareable rewards link to share.

When an Affiliate joins under a Guide, the Guide receives 10% of the subtotal of the Affiliates personal purchases and personal sales. For example: A: Affiliate places a $100 order, gets the 15% o discount which makes it a $85 order. The Guide would receive 10% commission for that order, which is $8.50. B: The customer of the Affiliate places a $100 order but uses the Affiliates 10% o coupon, making the order $90. The Affiliate earns $13.50 and the sponsoring Guide earns $9. Sponsoring Guides earn level overrides for the commissionable sales volume of the Affiliate according to the current compensation plan structure (4%, 3%, depending on the rank the Guide is at on the compensation plan). If an Affiliate is a level 2 or 3 below a Guide, the Sponsoring Guide must be active for that period with $200 in sales for that month.

Here is an example of what happens if the New Guide (former Affiliate A referred another Affiliate B to their sponsoring Guide): -- Affiliate A refers Affiliate B to their sponsoring Guide, later on Affiliate A decides to become a Poofy Guide, Affiliate B remains attached to their original sponsoring Guide (they will not be moved under Affiliate A as a new Guide).
